The population is ageing and already it is not uncommon to see your average wheelchair or motorised scooter being used in public.

Lovely how JurongHealth has recently launched a mobility park to help patients learn how to use public transport confidently. I think it is an excellent initiative, particularly so within the grounds of the rehabilitation facility – that way patients and caregivers can learn these essential community skills and problem-solve in a safe environment. Improving self-efficacy this way, they can then transfer to real-life practice once discharged.
