7 Principles for Successful Return to Work: A Guide for Occupational Therapists in Singapore is a free publication by Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT).   

This guide was developed to help occupational therapists in Singapore understand their roles in facilitating return to work (RTW) at different stages of an injured worker’s recovery and to facilitate dialogue with stakeholders. It features a summary of the 7 principles, with case studies to illustrate the use of these workplace-based strategies.
