Prescribing Powered Mobility Aids: Practice Guidelines for Occupational Therapists in Singapore is a free publication by Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT) in collaboration with occupational therapy communities of practice.

The guidelines was developed to help occupational therapists in assessment, training and prescription of powered mobility aids in everyday practice. With the hope of providing a consistent rubric for prescribing clinicians across different practice setting, the guidelines are also in line with the recent Land Transport Authority (LTA) Code of Conduct and Active Mobility Bill. What I personally like most is the inclusion of not only wheelchair/scooter-specific assessment tools, but also participation outcomes measures.
